Metcon

A type of workout that most commonly combines strength and cardio conditioning, as well as both anaerobic and aerobic exercise. The benefit of Metcon workout include flexibility, time efficiency, and help with breaking through a plateau.

Hyrox

Every session is designed to build endurance and strength, you will be challenged by long conditions workouts that includes running, row, bike or ski, along with functional strength movements.

Mat Pilates

Is a combination of flowing exercises completed on a mat, focused on improving coordination, strength, balance and posture through a targeted series of full- Body exercises. Since the exercises can build in difficulty or be modified to be easier, is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners.

Glutes & Core

The target of this class is to develop strength and build muscle on the lower body, along with a combination of core exercises. This sessions are meant to be heavy with low or no cardiovascular exercise.

Strength and conditioning (S&C) is the selection and development of dynamic/static exercises used and aerobic conditioning to improve physical performance.

The main focus on this class is to build overall strength with controlled movements and heavy weights,. We have a well balanced program in order to target different muscle groups on each session, and have a proper muscle recovery.

Group fitness class that involves rhythmic exercises and movements designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and overall fitness. Aerobics classes are often set to music and can be tailored to different fitness levels and goals

The CrossFit Kids program adds functional movements delivered in fun classes into a kid's life to get them moving their bodies and enjoying exercise. By getting our kids to move their bodies, eat right, and enjoy both, they will be unlikely to lead an unhealthy lifestyle ends up with these problems.
